What you'll get. A level (L1–L5), a six-stage breakdown, the failure mode for your level written plainly, and a concrete next move.
How it's scored. Each question maps to one of the six methodology stages — Audit, Standards, Workflow, Tooling, Enablement, Operate. The result is the diagnostic — the same one the paid Diagnose engagement goes deeper on.
What we don't do. No "unlock," no "transform," no "10x." If the answer is that you're at L2 and need to write a standards doc before you spend another dollar on tooling, we'll say that.
