A six-to-eight-week engagement where we redesign the workflow with your team, define the roles, configure the tooling, codify the editorial standards, and run the enablement. Your team owns the work. We guide it.
What it is

- → Role + RACI definitions. Who decides, who does, who reviews, who's informed. Per stage.
- → Tooling configuration. What you keep, what you swap, what you skip. Hands-on with the team.
- → Editorial standards codified — voice signatures, fact-check protocols, IP/data posture.
- → Team enablement. Working sessions, internal docs, RACI walkthroughs until the new way of working is the default.
